JDIFF, Golden Door and more
Hey all!
Some upcoming festival news!
Next week, and after almost a year of doing the festival circuit virtually, we’ll have a physical premiere at the Julien Dubuque Film Festival in Dubuque, IA.
The lovely people behind the festivals invited all of the 2020 selections to screen again this year and I’m thrilled by the opportunity to actually attend a live event.
We’ll be screening twice, as part of Film Block 6 along with Oscar nominated Feeling Through, and I’ll also take part in a panel about women in film making a difference. The full The Book of Ruth schedule is below:
4/22/2021 – 4.15 PM Five Flags Majestic
4/24/2021 – 11:00 AM – Women in Film: Making a Difference panel
4/25/2021 – 10 AM Five Flags Orpheum
For passes click here. Individual tickets will be available at the box office.
I’ve had a couple of short interviews ahead of the festival. An interview on Radio 97.3 The Rock in Dubuque, and a preview on the Telegraph Herald.

We’ll also be screening virtually next week, through the Golden Door Film Festival. Available anywhere between 4/22-4/24.
Individual $5 tix are available here (for the full short film block.)

And if that isn’t enough, we have upcoming announcements about 3 more, really exciting festivals which I’m not allowed to talk about just yet. But, as the saying goes, stay tuned, folks! And stay safe!
